IVY HILL CLUB

Originally built in 1925, the Parkway Theater has transitioned through many uses as a single-screen theater to suburban art house cinema. Chosen by the primary developer, Design Draw Build led in a four-year restoration that included planning commission approvals and many permit sequences that helped to re-envision The Parkway’s use.

Our build team played a key role in the restoration of the exterior building and historic front marquee. When completed, The Parkway will provide the community with a new private theater, lounge, and entertainment space with a capacity for 500 people for events and music.
